On November 25, Zhao Qiming, Secretary ofthe Party Committee, Chairman and General Manager of SEPCOIII, held talks withMohammed Saiful Alam, Chairman of S ALAM GROUP and SSPOWER I in Singapore, andrelevant directors of SSPOWER I attended the meeting.

Mohammed Saiful Alam thanked Zhao Qimingand SEPCOIII for their support and help, and fully affirmed and highly praisedthe Bangladesh S.Alam project executive team for its efficient performance andquality execution. He said that SEPCOIII is not only the EPC general contractorof the project, but also the investor of the project with S ALAM GROUP. Sincethe construction of the project, the two sides have worked together to overcomedifficulties, successfully completed the construction task, and successfullyachieved the COD goal. The cooperation foundation is solid and the cooperationspace is huge. We will effectively promote new breakthroughs and achievementsin the field of photovoltaic and other new energy to boost the economic andtrade development of the two countries.

Zhao Qiming expressed his gratitude to SALAM GROUP for its trust and support. He said that S ALAM GROUP has strongstrength, diversified business, wide business scope and large market influence.The successful completion of S.Alam project jointly invested by the two sideshas not only witnessed the results of cooperation, but also laid a solidfoundation for further cooperation. It is hoped that the two sides will givefull play to their respective advantages and integrate multi-party resourcesthrough the talks. To achieve a smooth transition from the construction periodto the commercial operation period of the project, while doing a good job inexisting cooperation projects, innovate cooperation models and createcooperation highlights, work together to promote high-quality development, andwrite a new chapter of extensive consultation, joint construction and sharedbenefits.

At the meeting, the two sides communicatedand exchanged views on EPC project construction and long-term operation andmaintenance and reached consensus.
