On the morning of November 22, the openingceremony of the second phase of the company’s middle-level cadres trainingclass in 2023 was held in Qingdao University. Li Junwei, deputy secretary ofthe Company’s Party Committee and chairman of the trade union, attended anddelivered the opening speech, and He Maoliang, deputy director of the HumanResources Department, presided over the ceremony and attended the follow-uptraining of 40 middle-level cadres of the company.

Li Junwei delivered the opening speech andput forward the following requirements:

Firstly, we should fully understand theguiding, basic and strategic significance of carrying out cadre education andtraining, and require participants to cherish the opportunity of this trainingcourse, learn steadily, and forge political ability, improve work skills, andcreate excellent work style through education and training.

Secondly, we should strengthen our ownlearning, strive to become an excellent cadre who takes the initiative to takeresponsibility, is good at innovation, and dares to be responsible, and firmlyadhere to political discipline, emancipate our minds, change our ideas,strengthen the pioneering spirit, strive for first-class performance, dare toassume responsibility, do not rely on inequality, play the "unitycard", strengthen the "five kinds of thinking", improve the"five kinds of capabilities", and play a good role in benchmarking.The specific requirements are put forward in eight aspects, such as honesty andself-discipline, and good calculation of five books.

Thirdly, we should correct the learningattitude, strictly abide by the training discipline, make full use of thetraining opportunity to recharge, replenish calcium, correctly understand anddeal with the relationship between learning and work, self-training and echelontraining, theoretical learning and work practice, and truly transform thelearning results into the actual results of solving problems and promotingdevelopment.

Finally, Li Junwei hopes that everyone willstrengthen confidence, keep in mind that Comrade Zhao Qiming, the Partysecretary, chairman and general manager of the company, put forward at theopening ceremony of the first cadre training class in 2023, "Concentrationis more precious than pearls, confidence is more important than gold, unity ismore urgent than dispute, action is more urgent than wait and see",requiring everyone to unify thinking, clear goals, and concentrate. Activelycontribute to the company’s "three entrepreneurship", help thecompany to revive the iron army and create new brilliance.

The training course is arranged for a totalof 7 days, and the training content is close to the company’s actual and futurebusiness development needs. The course covers 20 spiritual propaganda, projectmanagement, cost control, operation management, contract claims, legalcompliance, financial management, integrity education, security management andother aspects. The evening self-study time will also be used to carry outproject management discussions to enhance communication and exchange. Reviewthe project performance process, share experience and lessons, and formresearch results, the completion ceremony, will be reported to the company as aunit.
